4- The patient is then examined by the medical director, who provides an initial and general diagnosis based on the primary and secondary dental complaints to develop a specific treatment plan for the primary complaint and a general plan for the entire oral cavity.

5- The treatment plan is thoroughly explained to the patient using medical models to ensure maximum treatment accuracy with minimal time and cost. The plan is explained through drawings on the X-ray screen displayed in front of the patient to minimize possible complications.

6- Explaining the treatment plan and diagnosis is one of the key elements of treatment success, which is usually performed by the experienced dentist, often the medical director of the centre.

8- After the patient agrees to the treatment plan, they are directed to the specialized dentist for treatment.
